CertifyAI lets organizations design templates and generate certificates, letters, ID cards and similar documents in bulk, with QR-code verification. The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account and organization. Authentication is handled by our provider, Clerk; you are also subject to their terms.
You retain ownership of the data you upload (recipient names, roll numbers, photos, templates, and generated documents). You are responsible for having the right to upload any personal data of third parties (e.g. students), including any consent required under applicable law.
You agree not to use the Service to:
Certificate verification pages reflect the current status of a document (valid or revoked). You are responsible for the accuracy of the underlying data and for revoking documents when appropriate.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
You may stop using the Service and delete your organization and its data at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of important documents.
